Our tech guy Billy, friendly and professional, took a look at our compressor and suggested that the compressor may be too small for the house. On Tuesday, June 21, the system froze again, and we called Goettl and told them the service call needed to shift from "re juuuuu-venation" to repair and possible replacement. We called Goettl on Sunday, June 19, and arranged for a rejuvenation. I respect tech who was not out to grab money. All was good for a week or so it appeared.
